Inovata Foods manufactures many styles of lasagna using layers of flat or ruffled pasta sheets or casserole style. All pasta for lasagna is freshly manufactured, cooked and cooled automatically.

Plant throughput is approximately 7,500 lbs of lasagna per hour.

Cannelloni
Our proprietary cannelloni production line will automatically fill and roll a wide variety of viscous fillings.

Pasta Entrèes
We extrude, cook and place a wide variety of pasta shapes and sauces.

East Indian Meals

We produce a variety of authentic East Indian meals like Tikka Masala, Butter Chicken and Channa Masala.

Thai Meals

We produce a variety of authentic Thai meals like Red Curry Chicken, Yellow Curry Chicken, Shrimp with Green Curry.

Asian Meals

We produce a variety of authentic Asian meals like Sesame Ginger Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken, and Sweet Pepper Beef.
